Birthday celebration

The boys made and flew paper airplanes with daddy when he woke up and even let his be the winner and get the sticker.  All their idea and doing.

We all surprised him with a beautiful birthday banner counting the ways we loved him. So fun to hear the kids come up with their own reasons.

It turns out the Mary Sees celebrates her birthday in september as well so we got extra samples of See's chocolates and birthday hats.

At least it made Nate happy. (Spence is just turning a stinker leaf over lately.)

Gifts were wrapped and decorated by camilla- which really pleased her.

Spencer swims really well. It will be great when he learns how to come up for air.

Cami finally has overcome her fears of going down, down, down. This is huge and her doing little at a time. The big breakthrough came when Grandma held onto a tiny edge of her suit between two fingers and Cami realized she COULD do it. phew.

I'm not in too many pictures so we will include this to show that I was there, that I love my husband and that I occsionally hold things by sticking them down my shirt or swiming suit- shiny spatula- only the handle made contact with my skin.

Candles were all blown out- all 41 minus a couple dozen
(it had cool whip on the top, I didn't want to melt it all.)

What would have been nice here in this picture is to insert a video instead to watch his little seen celebration dance that we get to see A LOT. Do you know that side of Mark?

We ate the cake aggressively. "Better than all that stuff cake"

Nathan ate the most.
