Saltine toffee

I may or may not have made some tasty mock toffee bar things. You know the ones with saltine crackers, butter, brown sugar and chocolate chips? Well. I have made them plenty of times, but this time i may or may not have decided that it was ok to use bittersweet baking chocolate.

Like i said- it was very tasty.

Do not attempt without plenty of milk nearby.

Melts on your mouth and in your hands. (Oh and these boy melt my heart!)
