We live on a millipede nursery. I spend a large chunk of everyday raking, shoveling and wheelbarrowing decaying piles of leaves etc... These lovelies love this stuff. Usually when you find them they curl up in a protective spiral. Didn't get a picture of that favorite pose.

Dont eat them! If you pick them up they will "poop" on you. Don't rub it in your eyes!

They are not caterpillars and they are not worms.

They do not have a million legs, but I'd love to see you try and count them.
