graham cracker houses

I decided to do it a little different this year

We built out "gingerbread" houses with melted sugar and used yummy peppermint icing instead of royal icing

Cami did everything completely by herself

and with both of the boys I only frosted their creations

we met up with cousins- (cousins are the most important ingredient for fun)

and as soon as we had our fill of decorating I let the blondies dive right in and munch on their houses

I think I was hoping not to have to transport or store, but we still brought them home and proudly displayed our munched on masterpieces.
